Welcome to Sun Sea & Shell. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and govern the sale and use of our digital travel guides.

1. Digital Products
We sell digital travel guides in PDF format.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased guide will be made available for download.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in USD and are applicable at the time of purchase.
The checkout process is handled through Stan Store, and payments are securely processed by Stripe.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Delivery
Your digital travel guide will be delivered electronically after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for having a compatible device and the necessary software to open and read PDF files.

4. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a guide has been purchased and made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased guide, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Personal Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the travel guide for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may download and save the guide for your personal use.
You may not:
- Share or send the guide to other people;
- Upload the guide to websites, social media or file-sharing platforms;
- Copy, reproduce or distribute the guide or substantial parts of it;
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the guide;
- Modify or reproduce the guide for commercial purposes..
6. Intellectual Property
All travel guides, including their text, photographs, graphics, designs, layouts and other content, are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights remain with Sun Sea & Shell, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a travel guide does not transfer ownership or copyright of the guide or its content to the customer.
